Tesamorelin activates the GHRH receptor and ipamorelin the ghrelin receptor, stimulating GH release. Increased GH/IGF-1 is not evidence of added benefit from combining them.
Not a peptide: a pre-mixed blend of Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin. Tesamorelin alone is FDA-approved as Egrifta for excess abdominal fat in HIV-infected adults with lipodystrophy, not weight-loss management. That approval does not cover ipamorelin or this blend.

An approved ingredient does not make an approved combination. Tesamorelin’s indication-specific benefits should not be extrapolated to this blend or general fat-loss claims.
