Wolverine Stack
AKA BPC-157 + TB-500 · Wolverine blend
Last reviewed 2026-10-30
Our read Opinion
The most famous stack online, named for the comic-book hero who heals instantly.
Claims made by sellers, clinics and users. Not verified.
Faster recovery from tendon, ligament, muscle and joint injuries; less inflammation; quicker return to training.
Proponents say the two act on different parts of healing: BPC-157 on blood-vessel growth and local tissue repair, TB-500 on cell migration and tissue remodeling throughout the body, so together they are claimed to cover both 'local' and 'systemic' repair.
Evidence level: Animal studies mostly
No published human trials of this combination. Each component's evidence is mostly animal studies.
No human trials have tested this combination. Combining compounds can also combine unknown side effects and interactions.
Not FDA approved as a combination. The Oct 2026 HHS compounding policy allows only ONE listed peptide per compounded product, so pharmacies can't sell this as a pre-mix; pre-mixed versions come from research-chemical sellers. Each component is individually compoundable under that policy.
Also sold pre-mixed as BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend →Statuses change; check the linked primary sources.
The name is the marketing. Two animal-data compounds combined don't add up to human evidence, and the combination has never been tested.

| Mechanism | Synthetic pentadecapeptide studied for tissue repair, angiogenesis and nitric-oxide signaling. Proposed mechanisms largely derive from animal and cell experiments. | The LKKTETQ fragment is associated with thymosin beta-4 actin-binding biology. Tissue-repair claims often extrapolate from the full-length protein rather than establish fragment efficacy. |

| Where it stands (opinion) | FDA now places BPC-157 in its withdrawn-nomination table, not the active Category 2 table; this is not compounding authorization. WADA 2026 S0 prohibits BPC-157. | FDA lists the fragment among withdrawn nominations. Full-length thymosin beta-4 trials do not validate TB-500; WADA 2026 S2.3 prohibits TB-500. |
