Our read Opinion
The anti-aging clinic classic.
Claims made by sellers, clinics and users. Not verified.
Bigger natural growth-hormone pulses for fat loss, lean muscle, sleep quality and recovery.
Combines two GH-release signals: a GHRH analog (CJC-1295) tells the pituitary to make GH, and a ghrelin-receptor agonist (ipamorelin) triggers its release. Human physiology studies show these two pathways together release more GH than either alone.
Evidence level: Small/early human studies
The synergy of GHRH + ghrelin-pathway signals on GH release is documented in human studies. Long-term outcome data (fat loss, muscle, safety) for this specific pair are lacking.
Neither component is FDA approved, and both remain on FDA's Category 2 compounding list as of Oct 2026 (verify). Pre-mixes come from research-chemical sellers.
Also sold pre-mixed as CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend →Statuses change; check the linked primary sources.
The one popular research stack with a real mechanistic reason to combine. Still no proof it improves health outcomes.

| Mechanism | Long-acting growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue; the DAC form binds albumin to prolong exposure and raise GH and IGF-1. Products called non-DAC CJC-1295 are not equivalent to the studied long-acting form. | Ghrelin-receptor agonist that stimulates growth-hormone release and can affect gastrointestinal motility. Hormone release alone does not establish anti-aging benefit. |

| Where it stands (opinion) | The December 2024 FDA advisory committee opposed listing CJC-1295-related substances for compounding. WADA 2026 S2.2.4 prohibits CJC-1295. | Historical phase 2 research does not establish wellness efficacy. Its 503A nomination was withdrawn; acetate remains Category 2 under 503B, and WADA 2026 S2.2.4 prohibits it. |
